Ocray44 anticipates that your purchase will meet your expectations of quality, function and design. If, however in the unfortunate situation where you may require an exchange, you must present proof of purchase to the store.

Ocray44 is not obliged to provide an exchange or refund, if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items. 

You can choose an exchange or refund, within 30 days, if the item you purchased has a major problem, such as:

• Defective or damaged
• Received the wrong item

Ocray44 may offer to repair or exchange the item if the problem is not major. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
